Cyclist of the Day' must go to Christian Mc Ginley our friendly postmaster.
Sporting his company colours,An Post,Christian covered the 74 mile course well inside 4 hours and was 3rd North Pole member home beaten only by our top racers Paddy Mc Callion and Rory Devlin.
Christian's performance must have been helped by his recent meeting with Mark Cavendish just after he won his third consecutive stage in The Tour Of Ireland last month.(see photo L-R Tommy Burns,Mark Cavendish and Christian Mc Ginley)
